The series “The Artist” was born in 2016 and continues to be explored by the artist to this day.

 

This image represents not only the artist, the painter, the sculptor, the writer, the filmmaker himself, but all people who see the world differently. This is represented by the curvature of the character's posture, a very common movement among painters, whose intention is to see the work created from another angle. This movement in the image is used as a metaphor.

 

In this series the artist also explores concepts related to the construction and destruction of Identity — a process that tries to reconsider the conventions of figurative painting through a continuous search for abstraction.
